It's certainly Monday. This weekend was filled with little bits of fun here and there and lots of homework. Friday I took the night off and we made tacos for dinner. Saturday morning woke up and headed to Cafe 976, my old romping grounds, with Jean. We ordered our favorite Good Morning bagels and studied for hours. That night Doug and I headed over to Lynn and Billy's for a birthday bbq. We met a lot of people and had some great food! On Sunday we met Mom and Pop for brunch at Tio Leo's then headed over to the base to do a little grocery shoppin'. We got home and I did laundry and homework from 5 – 11pm. What fun!

Ok, not really, but tonight is the first night of classes! I'm excited and hope that excitment lasts!
Completely unrelated, we had an awesome weekend! Went to the beach, took in a movie and just plain relaxed. Doug worked all day Sunday, but they did it! Phase 1 of Project Unified has been released!
School schedule
I was just going through all my old documents and found this one from September 2000. It's just about perfectly accurate. (I think the "conflicts" were my classes).

Academic pictures
A few months back, Erin took some pictures for an upcoming college writing book, written by Dr. Cheryl Reed. Well, apparently Dr. Reed liked them enough that not only did she use a few of the pictures scattered throughout the book, she used one of them as the cover of the tome. It's called New Directions for Writers, Volume I: College Writing and Beyond and can actually be purchased at amazon.com (so it is obviously official). Needless to say, this is very exciting news! I always knew her photograps were amazing, but to actually see one on the cover of a serious published book is pretty awesome
